- More About Family Ministry
Welcome to Crystal Cathedral Ministries! As the Director of Family Ministries,
I want you to know that families count at Crystal Cathedral.
We are here for you because we believe that the most important
service we can provide is to help you take care of your family.
Below you will find an overview of all that we provide: parenting
and marriage workshops, small groups, fellowship classes, and
more.
We are here for your children. We hope you will feel free to take
your children with you to church (we encourage the presence of
children in our church) as well as to all of our fun, interactive
Bible classes for children of all ages. And that includes our
Student Ministries that offer fellowship and instruction for our
adolescents, presenting scriptural truths relevant to youth.
We are here for your family to encourage all of you to feel the
care and support of this loving church family. As a wife and mother
of four sons who have all grown up in this ministry, my husband
Jim and I believe that the single most important thing we did
right as parents was to be involved as a family in this ministry.
We invite you to join us!
God loves you and so do we!

Central to the children’s ministries program at Crystal Cathedral is Kid Power Plant. Kid Power Plant is an original Sunday School program that incorporates the best practices of education in teaching children the Bible.

Sunday Mornings
Birth - 5th grade; 9:25 a.m., 11:05 a.m.,
1 p.m.; FLC-1
Our passion is to partner with parents in the spiritual development
of their children. On Sunday mornings, Kidz enjoy interactive
Bible learning, crafts, and activities as they experience God
first-hand. From the moment our newborns join us in the nursery
to when our 5th graders graduate to middle school, we want our
Kidz to be growing in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Infant Baptism
Sundays in the Crystal Cathedral
Baptism is a public expression of the fact that your child belongs
to God. It is their first step in growing a relationship with
the God who loves them. Contact Judy Stevenson at 714-971-4251 or
judys@crystalcathedral.org.
Preschool – 5th Grade, Sunday Mornings
Music is the heart of worship, and learning to praise God through singing is a wonderful way to build a foundation for our children's faith.
Vacation Bible School
Grades K – 5th Grade, one week in late June, 9 a.m. – 12 noon
Every summer, our children experience an exciting one-week themed adventure with music, drama, crafts, games, and snacks.
First Communion & Baptism Classes
Grades 1-5, every spring
Communion and baptism are wonderful, spiritual milestones in a
child's life. We invite your family to our annual springtime
classes to learn about these sacraments of the church.
Winter Camp
Grades 4 & 5, every winter
Our children enjoy a weekend adventure in mountain cabins, learning
about God and meeting new friends.
PLEASE NOTE, Cathedral Kidz uses an intensive screening process
to ensure that your child's experience is a POSITIVE AND SAFE one.

XLR8 Sundays is a time where students can learn some of the deeper
truths of the faith they are attempting to own. XLR8 Sunday
strives to teach the Bible in such a way that students will see
it as culturally relevant and applicable to the world in which
they live.
Edgy, creative, loud, and fun, XLR8 Friday is a place where
students may find answers to some of the questions that they deal
with today. It’s a place where students will be introduced
to God and get to know Him in an environment that includes small
groups and other various means, media, and methods.
Sr. High Programs

praise and worship, discussion, and Bible study, students are
strengthened and encouraged in their faith.
Every Wednesday, in an upbeat and casual atmosphere, the FUEL
