A maximum of 500 seats may be bought by one purchaser or tour company for each performance date and time.
All ticket sales are final!
Category 1
20 to 39 persons
Receive a $2 discount per ticket plus
1 complimentary ticket*
(*not applicable on Discount Nights)
Category 2
40 to 500 persons
Receive a $5 discount per ticket plus
1 complimentary ticket*
(*not applicable on Discount Nights)
Deposits:
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $250 per 40 tickets is required at the
time of booking. An additional $250 deposit is required for each
additional group of 40 tickets.
SEATS ARE NOT RESERVED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.
Processing Fees:
A processing fee of $15 per initial U.S. order will be charged.
All tickets will be sent by overnight delivery service. All non-U.S.
groups will be charged a $25 processing fee per initial order.
Additions to existing orders are welcome. There will be an additional processing fee of $5 per order and tickets will be sent by regular US Mail if time permits; otherwise, tickets will be held at Will-Call and will be available for pick up beginning 1 hour prior to performance time.
Discount Nights:
These nights are for NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS ONLY! (No
tour companies, travel agencies or transportation companies.) Groups
may be required to show proof of non profit status to purchase tickets
on discount nights. The group will not be admitted to the Cathedral
if the tickets are altered in any manner. Deposits are NOT accepted
for discount nights nor are seats held on discount nights. PAYMENT
IN FULL is due at the time order is placed. There are no additional
discounts or complimentary tickets given on discount nights. A $15
handling fee applies.
Glory Of Easter:
30 days prior to show.
No deposits will be accepted nor will seats be held after these
dates. All seats must be paid for in full.
Final Payment Due Dates:
GLORY OF CHRISTMAS: 30 days prior to show for most performances.
Performances on December 29 and December 30 must be paid in full
60 days prior to show.
There is a maximum of 500 tickets available per tour company or
group for each performance time.
Cancellation Policy:
A $25.00 cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled orders.
Lesser number of tickets may be taken up to the amount of dollars
on deposit, minus the $25 cancellation fee, but only at the regular
price. All discounts and complimentary tickets are lost when minimum falls below 20.
Returned Check Policy:
A $25.00 fee will be applied to any check returned for non-sufficient funds!
Wheelchair seating is available. Wheelchairs are not provided by the Cathedral.
There are no elevators or escalators to the balconies.
One complimentary ticket will be issued to the bus driver when commercial driver's ID is shown at the Box Office on the night of the show.
We encourage you to dress warmly, as the doors are opened frequently during the performance to accommodate the movement of the cast and animals.
Use of video recorders or camera equipment is forbidden!
Under no circumstances are photographic and recording devices allowed
inside the Cathedral during the production.
