Q. How do I change my password?

A. You have to log into your account by entering your current email address and password.  Your password can be sent to you if you cannot remember it.

Q. My emails have recently stopped coming. Why?

A. You need to check that your Service Provider does not have a 'spam' block on our address. The words 'Hour of Power' are in the subject heading so that it is clear to the recipient who the email is from.

You can also apply a Filter to allow them through. Filters automatically sort your incoming messages into folders that you create, making sure that important mail never gets sent to your Junk Mail folder.

Go to your email accounts Options icon and make the changes. Choose from the following addresses depending on what you want to receive:

1. Positive Minute - positiveminute@hourofpower.cc
2. Positive Thought - positivethought@hourofpower.cc
3. This Week at the Crystal Cathedral - ThisWeekCCM@hourofpower.cc
4. This Week on the Hour of Power - ThisWeekHOP@hourofpower.cc

Q. Why am I not receiving emails after signing up?

A. First, check that you have successfully created an account by logging into it. You will need your email address and password to do this.

A. Absolutely, we have designed the program to work on most computers and Internet appliances.

A. Then you will have to re-register with each new email address.

Q. How do I share today's email with my friends and family?

A. There is a link located just above the email title called "Share this with a friend." Click on that link and your web browser should take you to the Sharing page where you can enter an email address to have the message sent to.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of people I can send this email too?

A. No, but you do have to enter their email address one at a time. Make sure you separate each address with a comma.

Q. Can I use some of the email messages on my web site?

A. No you can not. All of the content found in the email messages is copy written and owned by Crystal Cathedral Ministries. You may not duplicate any portion of the email messages without expressed written consent by the management of the ministry.

Q. Can I increase the size of the email text?

A. No, but you can increase the text size on your computer screen to view the current and past Positive Minute.

Go to the Devotions page on the Hour of Power. Now, you can increase the font of your computer screen by going to the top icons of your page and clicking on View and then Text Size, and choose Largest.
