Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Employment Status: Full Time

Summary: This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the ministry inventory control, shipping and receiving, storage delivery and consolidation of materials at the service center. The incumbent oversees the coordination, preparation and communication of all overseas shipments with our International Offices.

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversees the entire inventory control function, document and report any discrepancies that occur.
• Advises the facility manager of history and trends of previous and current products.
• Determines quantities of packaging supplies, print shop supplies and janitorial supplies that need to be reordered based on past usage.
• Oversees the annual year end inventory, preparing all necessary reports and documentations for auditors.
• Responsible for shipping and receiving materials.
• Prepares stock requisitions monthly billing reports for accounting.
• Records transactions of shipping/receiving in appropriate journal and or computer.
• Reorders stock items materials, particularly packaging needed for pre-packaging offers.
• Recycles excess materials from direct mail and other materials that are obsolete.
• Consolidates materials for storage.
• Performs other special task as required.

• Education/Experience:
• High school graduate preferred.
• A firm knowledge of inventory control and shipping and receiving.
• Must speak and read English.

• Abilities/Skills:
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must have a fork lift driving certificate or license.
