Reservations Operator I
Location: Garden Grove, CA
Employment Status: Full-time, Seasonal
Summary: This position is responsible for processing large volumes of mail and telephone orders for all ticket events.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process telephone orders
- Assist in processing mail orders
- File tickets in alphabetical order
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Education/Experience:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of data entry experience
- 10-key experience
- Experience with Artsoft Ticketing system a plus
- Abilities/Skills:
- Must type a minimum of 45 WPM
- Posses excellent oral communication skills, bilingual a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Comfortable working in a Christian environment
- Team player with ability to think of more efficient ways to complete assignments
