Campus Services Representative

Location: Rancho Capistrano (San Juan Capistrano, CA)

Employment Status: Full-time

Summary: Campus Services Representative is responsible for performing customer services duties including, but not limited to, check-in and check-out of guests, carrying guest luggage, directing traffic, communicating Ranch and community information.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for handling all incoming communication of guests or staff
  • Monitor front entrance onto the property by stopping all incoming vehicles
  • Issue parking passes, distribute campus maps and direct the guest to the location of an event and/or campus ministry
  • Responsible for guest registration duties, including the preparation rooming lists and distribution of keys
  • Responsible for the checkout duties for departing guests
  • Carry guest’s luggage to their rooms upon check-in
  • Distribute campus mail
  • Give tours of campus to people inquiring about Conferences, Wedding or the School

  • Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma
  • Previous similar customer relations experience preferred.

  • Abilities/Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Must be able to work flexible morning and evening shifts and weekends
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. and be able to carry this weight up and down stairs and/or carry the weight at least 50 yards
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to walk 150 yards, uphill in 3.5 minutes
  • Ability to walk up and down hills from campus location to campus location
  • Ability to pass a required “Fitness for Duty” physical exam to verify physical requirements can be met
